Pool Lounge by Lystra, situated at #3 Phillip Street, Felicity, Chaguanas.
Please read this document carefully and be aware that your signature indicates that you fully
understand that by using the pool and its facilities and equipment of pool facilities, you will
be waiving and releasing all claims for injuries/death you or your guest might sustain arising out
of the use of the pool and its facilities/equipment.
Unless the context otherwise requires, words in the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter genders, words in the singular shall include the plural number and the obligations of any
party comprising two or more persons shall be joint as well as several.
WARNING OF RISKS

Activities involving the use of a swimming pool carry significant risk of sustaining injuries or
drowning. Some of these risks are:
– slippery surfaces;
– foreign objects in the pool;
– Possible malfunction of the pool equipment;
– Tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area;
– Unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
– From participating in any action in the pool;
– Other general hazards associated with swimming and/or usage of a pool and its facilities.
