If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a product, the use of our venue, or the service we provided, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns and to contact us directly via phone at (1868)786-7582

The following terms are applicable for any products or services that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Caribbean Kitchen and Pool Lounge by Lystra, #3 Phillip St., Felicity, Chaguanas.
• Goods refer to the packages and products offered for sale on this website.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Caribbean Kitchen and Pool Lounge by Lystra, accessible from https://caribbeankitchenbylystra.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

When you book your reservation, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patrons for booking.

In order to be respectful of our business, and your fellow patrons, please call Caribbean Kitchen & Pool Lounge by Lystra, at (868) 786-7582 OR 293-0330 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your reservation.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 2 Weeks in advance before your booking date.

Any cancellations that take place less than 14-days before your booking date, will result in a deduction of 30% of the total cost of your booking.

How to Cancel Your Booking

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call Caribbean Kitchen & Pool Lounge by Lystra at (868) 786-7582 OR 293-0330 between the hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

If necessary, you may leave a detailed Whatsapp message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

Cancellations and no-shows will result in a deduction of 30% from the total cost of your booking.

Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Hand-on Cooking Workshops are in high demand. For this reason, we request that if you absolutely must cancel your space, please contact us at least 72hrs before your scheduled Cooking Workshop. This will allow us to offer your spot to another interested person. You may call us at (868) 786-7582 or 293-0330 between the hours of 11:00 am – 6:00 pm to cancel.

Please note, that a cancellation fee of TTD $200 applies for each canceled Cooking Workshop seat.

Cancellation Policy (Virtual Cooking Workshops)

Please note that payment for the Virtual Cooking Workshops is NON-REFUNDABLE, but participants who have already paid may use the payment toward another class in the future.  Payments are valid for a period of 3 months.
